attached: ProviderDescription | None

The live attached provider, or None. An archived (detached) config is deliberately not “attached” (mirrors proctoring.is_live).

available_providers: Sequence[ProviderDescription]

The providers this tenant may attach. Schoolyear appears iff the tenant has a Schoolyear provider row.
